Teachers are supposed to move from the traditional method of learning methods that rely solely on lecture into a dynamic and flexible method that relies on discussion and from teacher-centered methods to student-centered methods. A teacher should be able to understand and appreciate each student that has their own uniqueness. A teacher must change the paradigm of transfer of knowledge to be to facilitate. Therefore, a teacher should also be able to know and understand the desires of their students. Although there are many different students, believe that we as a candidate teacher and a teacher to empower the students, so that they can feel happy, realize, and need to learn mathematics."
